We have All Natural Grass Fed Beef raised on Organic pastures. Our beef comes from cattle raised on the green pastures and hillsides of the Scott Valley. They enjoy room to roam, grazing on grass, legumes and ranch forages.  RRCCU treats the animals humanely in low-stress environments and employs pasture rotation and land-management practices that promote animal health and protect delicate rangeland ecosystems. RRCCU cattle are always treated with respect and handled humanely.  Our cattle, that we custom raise for you, are never implanted with hormones, fed animal byproducts or treated with antibiotics. By raising cattle on natural grasses, legumes and range forage and in low-stress, humane conditions,  RRCCU is able to offer the most flavorful and tender of grass-fed beef.
